Prescription verification workflow
Most oncology and chronic-care medicines are prescription-only (Rx). Upload a valid prescription during checkout or from your account. Our licensed pharmacy workflow checks the prescription before the order is dispatched.
If a prescription is unclear, expired, or incomplete, our care team may contact you at 9220172920 or support@vyloo.in before we can ship Rx items.
What we do not do
We do not provide personalised diagnosis, dosing changes, or treatment plans via the website. Product pages and disease/salt hubs are educational shopping guides only.
We do not invent clinician endorsements or publish fabricated reviewer credentials.
