Prescription-only medicines ordered on Vyloo go through a pharmacy verification workflow before dispatch. This page summarises that process for customers and search transparency.
Prescription verification
Most oncology and many chronic-care medicines are prescription-only (Rx). Upload a valid prescription during checkout or from your account. Our licensed pharmacy workflow checks the prescription before the order is dispatched.
If a prescription is unclear, expired, or incomplete, our support team may contact you using the phone or email on your order before we can ship Rx items.
What we do not do
We do not provide personalised diagnosis, dosing changes, or treatment plans via the website. Product pages and disease/salt hubs are educational shopping guides only.
We do not invent clinician endorsements or publish fabricated reviewer credentials.
