Sodizen 500mg Tablet is an antacid used in the treatment of indigestion, metabolic acidosis and used as an alkalinizing agent. It acts as a buffer that helps neutralize excess acid and restore a healthier pH level in the body.Sodizen 500mg Tablet relieves irritation by producing carbon dioxide which neutralizes the acid present in the stomach. Additionally, it helps in the removal of toxic substances from the body in certain types of poisoning.Sodizen 500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. How to Use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sodizen 500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
What if you miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Sodizen 500mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
