About Neurochol PM Tablet
Neurochol PM Tablet is a medicine used in stroke rehabilitation and as a cognitive enhancer. It protects the nerve cells in the brain from damage and also helps to repair the damaged nerve cells. It may also be used in the treatment of brain trauma.Neurochol PM Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. How to Use

What if you miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Neurochol PM Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
