It works by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure. It removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.It is advised to take Clindasartan-CH 150mg/6.25mg/10mg Tablet with food at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. It may cause the frequent urination, hence take it at day time to avoid frequent urination at night. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Clindasartan-CH 150mg/6.25mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
If you miss a dose of Clindasartan-CH 150mg/6.25mg/10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
