Irbesdak-CT Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure. It removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.Irbesdak-CT Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at a fixed time each day to get maximum benefits from it. It may cause frequent urination, hence take it at day time to avoid frequent urination at night. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.The most common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, lightheadedness, and upset stomach. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and blood glucose level while taking this medicine.Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease. You must tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
