Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic medicine that treats bacterial infections that may affect your childs eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs, skin, bone and joints, gastrointestinal tract, and urinary tract. It can also be used in treating typhoid fever in children and adolescents.Give Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT to your child orally, preferably at a fixed time, either before or after meals. In case your child develops a stomach upset, prefer giving it with meals. The dose and duration depend upon the type and severity of the infection, your childs age, and body weight, so stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of intake, repeat the same dose but do not double dose if it's time for the next dose.Do not give this medicine to your child in case of cold and flu symptoms. Such symptoms are almost always a result of viral infections, and antibiotics are ineffective in killing viruses. Antibiotics are given in cough and flu symptoms only when the doctor detects any underlying secondary bacterial infection.This medicine may have some minor and temporary side effects such as vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, and allergy. These side effects will disappear once your childs body adapts to the medicine. What if you miss a dose?
