Tretinec A 0.05% Cream is a form of vitamin A that is used to treat acne which appears as spots or pimples on your face, chest, or back. Ideally, a pinpoint application at nighttime is recommended for the duration prescribed by your doctor. If you miss a dose of Tretinec A 0.05% Cream, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
