Telma-AZ 16 Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It widens and relaxes the blood vessels, thereby lowering your blood pressure and reducing the workload of your heart. Controlling your blood pressure prevents future complications.Telma-AZ 16 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at a fixed time each day to get maximum benefits from it. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.The most common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, headache, and nausea. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telma-AZ 16 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Telma-AZ 16 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
