It helps to lower high blood pressure thus reduces chances of future heart attack and stroke.Telitoss 3D 40mg/5mg/12.5mg Tablet should be taken with or without food. It contains a diuretic (water pill) and will make you urinate more so, it is best to avoid taking this medicine within four hours of going to bed. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telitoss 3D 40mg/5mg/12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Telitoss 3D 40mg/5mg/12.5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
