However, in the case of typhoid, it is to be given twice. Give it with or without food at about the same time each day. How to Use

Missed Dose
Do not panic. Unless your childs doctor has advised a specific regime for your child, you can give the missed dose as soon as you remember, but at least 12 hours before the next dose is due.
