How to Use
"✔️ Wounds & Scars: Apply 2 drops of pure essential oil locally, 2 times a day until healed. For children over 3 months, dilute to 20% in a carrier oil. ✔️ Lice in Babies & Young Children: Add 1 drop to a dab of shampoo for kids 3 months and older. ✔️ Itchy Skin: Apply 2 pure drops directly on the affected area or dilute for children over 3 months. ✔️ Hyperactivity in Children: Inhale deeply directly from the bottle as needed. ✔️ Bed Sores & Skin Ulcers: Mix 2 drops of lavender oil with 8 drops of carrier oil and apply to the affected area. ✔️ Migraines & Body Ache: Apply 2 drops on the painful area and massage gently. ✔️ Anxiety, Stress & Insomnia: Diffuse 3–5 drops in 100 ml water for 30 minutes. Alternatively, massage 3–5 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil on temples, wrists, and the back of the neck. ✔️ Muscle Spasms: Add 6–8 drops to 2 tablespoons of carrier oil and massage onto the affected area."
