How to Use

"✔️ Fungal Infections: Dilute 1 drop of Lemongrass oil in 4 drops of carrier oil (e.g., Pūraroma coconut oil) and apply to the affected area twice daily. ✔️ Insect Repellent: Diffusion: Add 5–7 drops to your Pūraroma diffuser or blend with citronella or peppermint oils for stronger protection. Topical Application: Dilute 1–2 drops in 10 drops of carrier oil and apply to exposed skin. Avoid applying on the face. ✔️ Sore Throat & Throat Infections: Gargle: Add 1 drop to a glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon of honey or salt. Gargle 2–3 times a day. Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of steaming water, cover your head, and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes. ✔️ Digestive Complaints (Indigestion & Bloating): Dilute 5–6 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise motion. ✔️ Mental Exhaustion, Stress & Anxiety: Add 3–4 drops to a diffuser for 30 minutes, or inhale directly from a handkerchief to boost mood."
