It is a combination of two medicines that helps to control blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. It helps to reduce the chances of any future heart attack and stroke.Proace H 2.5mg/12.5mg Capsule is taken with or without food, preferably in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Proace H 2.5mg/12.5mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Proace H 2.5mg/12.5mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
