Predone 40mg Tablet is a steroid. It is used to treat a wide variety of medical conditions such as severe allergic reactions, allergic conditions, asthma, rheumatic disorder, skin and eye disorders, and nephrotic syndrome. It suppresses the immune system and provides relief from inflammation.Predone 40mg Tablet should be taken with food to avoid an upset stomach. It should be swallowed whole with water at the same time(s) each day. Your doctor will decide the dose and how often you should take them. This may change from time to time depending on how well they are working. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Predone 40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Predone 40mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
