The vaccine is administered multiple times to ensure full protection. There is no risk of overdose and very minimal risk of adverse effects. However, some children may experience vomiting, fever, and diarrhea. Let your child's doctor know if your child experiences any such symptoms.

How to Use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Poliomyelitis Oral Vaccine may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
