Orlifat Capsule is a medicine used in the treatment of obesity. It helps the body in blocking the absorption of fats from the small intestines and stomach. It can also be taken up to 2 hours after midmeal. It works best when it is used along with regular physical activity and a healthy diet. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Orlifat Capsule is to be taken with food.Avoid Orlifat Capsule with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.
If you miss a dose of Orlifat Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
