Metoan H 50mg/12.5mg Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It helps to control blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. It also helps to reduce chances of any future heart attack and stroke. Early treatment with this medicine improves chances of survival in patients of heart attack.Metoan H 50mg/12.5mg Tablet is taken with or without food preferably in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Metoan H 50mg/12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Metoan H 50mg/12.5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
