About Hyalvisc Injection
Hyalvisc Injection is a medicine used for treatment of pain due to osteoarthritis. This medicine is commonly given when when a patient does not respond to other conventional treatments. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these symptoms by prescribing you alternative medicine or adjusting the dose.You should not take this medicine if you have a knee joint infection or skin disease, or infection around the area where theinjection will be given. To make sure the medicine is safe for you, let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, kidneys, or liver. What if you miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Hyalvisc Injection, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
