Granicip Injection is an anti-emetic medicine commonly used to control nausea and vomiting caused due to any surgery, cancer drug therapy, or radiotherapy.Granicip Injection will not relieve other side effects associated with cancer treatments. If you miss a dose of Granicip Injection, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.\n
