It works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and relaxes the muscles in the airways.Your doctor will tell you how often you need to use your inhaler. If you miss a dose of Forahale 400 Inha Caps, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
