Feboric 40mg Tablet is a medicine used to treat and prevent gout. Gout happens when there is too much uric acid in your body and it forms into crystals that can appear around your joints leading to painful and swollen joints. However, do not stop taking the medicine. Your doctor may suggest some painkillers and additional medicines to help reduce or prevent these symptoms. Tell your doctor right away if you get any symptoms of liver disease like persistent nausea, dark urine, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any heart problems, stroke, thyroid problems, or kidney or liver problems. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Feboric 40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Feboric 40mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
