However, do not stop taking the medicine. Your doctor may suggest some painkillers and additional medicines to help reduce or prevent these symptoms. Tell your doctor right away if you get any symptoms of liver disease like persistent nausea, dark urine, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any heart problems, stroke, thyroid problems, or kidney or liver problems. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, this medicine is best avoided. Check with your doctor. You will need regular blood testswhile taking this medicine to check that your liver is working properly.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fabric 40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Fabric 40mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
