DULOVAS 10MG TABLET is a vasodilator and uterine relaxant. It is used in the treatment of premature labor (when the uterus starts contracting for birth too early than usual). It is also helpful in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases.DULOVAS 10MG TABLET can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. If you miss a dose of DULOVAS 10MG TABLET, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
