It is also used for heart-related chest pain (angina), abnormal heart rhythms and chronic (long-term) heart failure.You can take Delol AM 5mg/25mg Tablet ER at any time of day, with or without food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Delol AM 5mg/25mg Tablet ER may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Delol AM 5mg/25mg Tablet ER, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
