Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cofarin 1mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Cofarin 1mg Tablet with Vitamin K rich food such as spinach, collards, broccoli, spring onions, cucumber and dried basil.
If you miss a dose of Cofarin 1mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
