It works by stopping the multiplication of infection-causing bacteria thereby preventing the infection from spreading.To ensure maximum absorption, give Cecel 125mg Suspension an hour before or two hours after meals. In case your child develops a stomach upset, it is better to give it with meals. Give it as per the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor as these depend upon the type and severity of the infection. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of the intake, give the same dose again, but do not double dose if it is the time for the next dose.Some temporary side effects of this medicine include vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, and mild skin rash. If your child develops these side effects, they should go away on their own. Unless your childs doctor has advised otherwise, you can give the missed dose as soon as you remember. In case it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not give a double dose to catch up and follow the prescribed dosing schedule.
