Biorex DX Syrup is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of dry cough. It can provide temporary relief of cough due to throat irritation, sneezing, and running nose. It works by reducing the activity of the brain's cough center and blocking the effects of histamine.Biorex DX Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. If you experience dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make dizziness worse.It is beneficial to have plenty of fluids while taking this medication. Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking this medicine.

If you miss a dose of Biorex DX Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
