Atroevoly 20 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called statins. It is used to lower cholesterol and to reduce the risk of heart diseases. Cholesterol is a fatty substance that builds up in your blood vessels and causes narrowing, which may lead to a heart attack or stroke.Atroevoly 20 Tablet is a widely prescribed medicine and is regarded as safe for long-term use when taken as per the doctor's advice. It can be taken with a meal or on an empty stomach. You can take it at any time of the day but try to take it at about the same time each day. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Atroevoly 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Atroevoly 20 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not take two doses within 12 hours.
