Cholesterol is a fatty substance that builds up in your blood vessels and causes narrowing, which may lead to a heart attack or stroke.Atorva 20 Tablet is a widely prescribed medicine and is regarded as safe for long-term use when taken as per the doctor's advice. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Atorva 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Atorva 20 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not take two doses within 12 hours.
