About Atast-D Tablet
Atast-D Tablet is a medicine used to treat high cholesterol. It is a combination of two medicines that reduces "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides (fats) levels in the body. It may also reduce the risk of future heart attack and stroke.Atast-D Tablet should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. It decreases the amount of calcium in your blood, so have regular blood tests to monitor the level of calcium. Let your doctor know if you notice yellowing of skin, muscle pain or dark urine. You may be asked for regular monitoring of liver function or blood sugar level while taking this medicine.Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. How to Use

What if you miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Atast-D Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
