Acitrom 3 Tablet is an oral anticoagulant that helps prevent harmful blood clots in the legs, lungs, brain, and heart. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acitrom 3 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
If you miss a dose of Acitrom 3 Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
